Actually, as far as I can tell, @bobjr switched his own website to be a Tumblr, and as a result, moved the "update" CSS he uses to inform users of updates to this other website, which I suspect also belongs to him. If you hit the URL it calls, you'll see it's just a bit of CSS:

I have the same issues as beej, erterte and ddollhoff: when it was working, I'd see people who had disabled their IM as being online, and now it doesn't seem to show anyone.
