Is there any way to make this work without portforwarding?

I can't exactly change the static IP on every computer in my network. There's four, and they're not all mine... lol.

Any chance that you could make this into a matching menu bar icon? THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. I'm not too good with computers but I shrank down the above icons and am not really sure wehere to go from there.
