Description

This is a rethinking of original “Gone Dark” message style (link) which was almost completely rewrited with clear CSS3 using such features, as RGBA colors, transitions, shadows and etc. Also it’s using antialiased fonts provided by WebKit engine rendering. It looks a bit different than original style, but more minimalistic and clear. The Rethinking style have no glossy variants as original one.

You may be interested in looking at the version bundled with Adium 1.4b19. You've already implemented some of it's changes (like rgba and css shadows), but there are several updates you may want to integrate.

I love the theme itself, but I can't seem to figure out how to make the messages' font bigger. I've tried Adium's options and tried editing the style's CSS with no luck (I should mention my CSS knowledge is rudimentary at best). Any advice?

Wait, never mind! Once I restarted Adium, it seemed to work just fine. Probably just a hiccup!
