Description"The interrobang or interabang[1] (pronounced /ɪnˈtɛrəbęŋ/), ‽, is a nonstandard English-language punctuation mark intended to combine the functions of the question mark (also called the interrogative point) and the exclamation mark or exclamation point (known in printers' jargon as the bang). The typographical character is a superimposition of those two marks."The interrobang is a nice little grammatical symbol, a mixture of a question mark and exclamation mark. However, to insert this into Adium you must go to Edit, Special Characters, then look for the mark and insert it in. This script very simply turns the ?! into the hard-to-find ‽ symbol.
