A few minor suggestions... make the shifty-eyed alert state go faster, draw the question mark on the last one by hand so it fits better with the rest of the theme. Also what is the little crosshair in the shifty-eyed state?

The little "crosshair" is a .... thing that often apears in Anime. It generally means that the character has realized something or is annoyed and man other things
