Look at the contents of another set to get an idea (open the contents through a contextual menu). You'll see the images and a .plist there. You can just modify the .plist to your needs (its fairly easy to figure out) and replace the pictures with ones of your own (make a second copy though, so you don't loose the original). Rename and you have your own set.
