Looks like it could work with a minimalist grey or white theme. Simple, yet elegant. I approve.

I can't install it, I don't have the file extension so can't open it

The file is named incorrectly. Download the file to your Desktop, then rename the file to "ciboys.zip". Then, double-click on the file, and then double-click on the Adiumicon file that appears.

Hopefully the author will fix this soon as this is a very nice dock icon.
