Descriptiongrowl is a big part of adium for most of us...i wanted to make that apparent in the dock icon so combined the icon for growl with that of ichat av. i also added badges for multiple states. if you're not a fan of the badges, a simplified version of the icon is available which only goes semi-transparent when away or idle.
