Pls install the status icons to get the same style
and but the transparent of the contact list to 25%

(if you see only black, is because of this)...try to make your contactlist 25% visible...(meaning transparent slider to 25%)..

right click adium in application, and choose for show package contents..then resource..then status icons and replace all the gems.adiumstatusicons...(if using adiumx 0.77) if using adiumx 0.8 beta 8 just place it there..

there is a free "modification" of it :D...
try searching through google...can't remember where I find it
