I really like this sound set, because the sounds aren't obnoxious (sp?) like some others. Also, the sounds are on the quieter side. My favorite sound set so far!

Wow, the gaim sounds are so much better than what we had before. Adium has a few features (but gaim has them too), but gaim has a ton of features adium doesn't. Is there a way to inport the gaim features into adium?

Wow. I was running Gaim on Boot Camp and the sounds for that really annoyed me. (not as much as the Adium default, but I think the default was intentionally awful to get people to be more involved in Adium Xtras, and it works.) It's nice to see that the sounds have improved this much. I'll keep in mind that the sounds for Gaim 2 aren't bad anymore and may end up using that instead of Trilian while using Boot Camp.

I liked the sound set from Pidgin that I have running on all my Vista comps, they're very pleasant compared to the obnoxious sounds of other im clients.

i am so glad these are on adium. i really loved the pidgin client on my ubuntu computer, and now i can bring that experience over to my mac! double thumbs up!
