This is an awesome plugin, but I'd also prefer to have the +/- GMT to make it slightly more sane.

I suggest a different color for typing and a style for received messages. I edited my set so that my received messages showed up with the blue bubble and used photoshop to tint a bubble purple for typing notifications.

Haven't tried it on b16 yet. Will fix as soon as it's installed.
