Also we could really use this dock icon being expanded on to support statuses and be more obvious what's going on.

Install wouldn't work. When I downloaded and unzipped, it came as a folder and needed .Adiumicon added to the end of the name. Then it worked.

Bonus points if "I like Adium, it's open source, reminds me of freedom." is actually one of the 'quotes' the script spits out.
