In case you cannot read (which you apparently cannot), that was a custom smiley defined by me, using the plug-in.

It HAS to be a small thing on your part. I'm using b17 and can't access the custom smileys, but I noticed that when someone types the text for a custom smiley I made, I can see it. So the plugin HAS to be working. The problem is something with the menu items themselves most likely.

I attempted sending them to various other people and though I could see my custom emoticons, they weren't able to.

This is very nice but, I'm just checking here, You can't actually _send_ the custom smileys, can you?
