I like the icon, but something needs to be done about the flashing state ... it looks kinda tacky. I wish I could offer some suggestions, but I'm not sure what I'd do differently. Besides that though, I like the idea behind the icon. I was also a Trillian user before I came to the light side.

Love the ducks! Just one suggestion ... soften the shadows under the icons to look more like the shadows under other OS X icons. Besides that, love 'em.

New observation ... if I have a message that goes onto a second line, it scrolls, but even if the other user has a message that goes onto a second line, it doesn't scroll.

It seems that things will start scolling after two consecutive messages by the same person. Also, it looks like if the first message is more than one line, it'll scroll without problems. Just what I've noticed. Anyone else seeing this?

I've just recently started having the issue of not scrolling, but mine does in fact fade in. I'm not sure what's going on with it. Any ideas?
