Hi ivovanl. Instructions on how to make it work are included with the download:
1. Quit Adium.
2. Go to your Applications folder.
3. Control+click / Right-click on Adium and select "Show Package Contents".
4. In the Contents folder, open up the "Resources" folder.
5. Copy the new .png files which you downloaded into this folder.
6. Restart Adium.

Looks far too much like the RealPlayer icon for me to like it, and I HATE RealPlayer, so this just puts me off using this icon... sorry.
