Nice work! Looks great.
I have a request though. I have my adium status at away a lot. I think the icon is a little to transparant, could you make a version that is just a 'little' transparant at the away status? 80% or something in that range.

Is it possible to make a version where the away status is not so red? Maybe a grey transparant something?
Anyway, I love the design.
