DescriptionThis plugin enables support for the WhatsApp protocol in Adium.You need to sniff your WhatsApp password to use this protocol plugin, a tutorial can be found here. Contacts are not synced, therefore you need to add them as new contacts in Adium after added the plugin once manually. After having used the app for sometime with no problems whatsoever, since some weeks I have not been able to receive messages sent to me from Android devices. (I do receive messages sent from iOS devices ). I am not sure, but I suspect it started after the Whatsapp Web upgrade (which only holds for Android devices). This is especially weird, as the plugin allows me to see when my contacts are writing messages, but I never receive the actual message. Worst still, their app indicates that I have actually received and read the message. Any ideas?

I don't sniff the wa password as the app now check strict on the certificate fingerprint. I just grap the pw file from the phone and decrypted it. # by franc on 07/06/15 at 12:34:41Again it happened, WhatsApp Account disappeared.
