DescriptionLadies and gentlemen, we present to you Coly. A style focused on minimalism and usability, but with a dedication to beauty. This style is entirely written in CSS3, and thus runs smoothly and elegantly, and with transition-duration, we managed to put in some javascript-like animation, to make the whole thing even more fancy. As of version 1.0, Coly features 5 variatiants: Default, spring, summer, autumn and winter. All of these also come without the timestamps. This was based on a style by Patrick D, then modded by Kat, and then recoded and rebranded by Simon & Fritjof. We're two danish sixteen year old students, and we're starving, so if you wanna throw money at us, go right ahead. This is a loving and loyal tribute to Mochastyle, but should be considered more of an inspiration than an imitation. And don't forget to download the status icons, which can be found here: http://adiumxtras.com/index.php?a=xtras&xtra_id=7008 Changesv1.6Font issues for computers without the calibri font fixed Overflowing long links no longer mess up the window New mode with name's instead of the »'s, as per request. Winter Coat variant added, dark greys on a fully white background. v1.5 completely recoded for better performance download is modified for nicer look line-height reoptimized overall awesomeness increased by 25% v1.1 names in group chats added summer and spring is slightly modified overall awesomeness increased by 10% v1.0 4 new variants is added (also with no timestamp option): Summer Winter Spring Autumm coly is now using the standard message style structure normal cursor when hovered over message indicators text-shadow is removed from timestamps timestamps are slightly moved for nicer overall look overall awesomeness increased by 11% ImagesCommentsYou can reply to individual comments by clicking the "Reply" link next to each. # by mrmac on 09/08/09 at 10:54:20awesome style.
i have a request tho :P can you please make a variant that has the names before the >> (arrows) # by av3ry on 09/11/09 at 10:55:18wow, I really like this!
there are a couple of styles I can't decide between, but I think this one is definitely the winner at the moment :) # by Spookster on 09/13/09 at 15:23:36your goal of minimalism and usability succeded marvelously - this is one of the best msgstyles i've seen so far!
# by marforic on 10/13/09 at 20:30:47It's very nice, and I'm looking forward to the new version 1.1 with group variant.
I have one question, when I try to select text it shows really all messed up, is that a known issue? # by adamrobertt on 10/14/09 at 06:58:40Really love it, but is it possible to get a version with usernames?
# by Antony_Benjiro on 11/18/09 at 17:46:16looks good, but can you make light version like white+silver apple style?
# by samdale67 on 11/26/09 at 19:12:07Hi there. I have spent untold hours looking through these themes for the right aesthetic. You've got it with Coly. THANKS. One thing that I have observed is that when I change the font from the default, incoming messages are smaller than outgoing messages. Are you following me? What could be causing this? Thanks, Sam.
# by samdale67 on 11/26/09 at 19:25:22An addendum to my previous post: when you change the font size, the preview shows incoming and outgoing messages as the same size.
# by Kore on 12/02/09 at 21:00:51Excellent style. I just have one question: how do I turn off the all-caps? it's making me crazy!
# by Briix on 12/03/09 at 00:55:59I'm not quite sure, what you mean by all-caps?

I tried changing the font in the style preferences to no avail... # by scissorjammer on 03/04/10 at 23:17:23Here's a new colorscheme i made based off of vim's desert scheme:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/184893/desert.css It looks like this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/184893/dese...rt-coly.png # by p_ghede on 08/12/10 at 09:01:30Very nice.
But we expect an overall awesomeness index above 9000 in the next version ^_^ # by Faraday on 09/27/10 at 07:53:35Looks super awesome! One small caveat though, is there a possibility of a style without scrollbars? :3
# by redheadjessica on 11/02/10 at 19:08:19This is awesome, but when you paste (even on the ones without timestamps), the timestamps appear... :(
See example below: redheadjessica: 12:06 This is awesome, but when you paste (even on the ones without timestamps), the timestamps appear... # by saikobee on 07/07/11 at 22:46:12I've been installing themes like a madman, and this is the first one I've seen which is properly minimal! There's only one problem though, it doesn't work right!
First off, you're assuming a case insensitive filesystem. You have a folder called IMG, but sometimes you refer to it as img in the CSS, and other times as IMG. This is messing up the theme on my Mac. I think I've fixed that, but there's still another problem... There's TONS of useless newlines in the theme on my end for some reason.
