DescriptionThese are some of the more fun emotes from a art site calledDeviantARTAbout 2/3 are animated and none I repeat, zero (0) of them are mine. I got permission to use them from the authors. A full list of emotes w/ authors can be found here If anyone would like me to add stuff, I'd be happy to. I'm sure there will be more emotes added in the long run... enjoy! but im not too fussed. its cool if you want to use it. # by Anonymous on 11/12/04 at 13:14:38I am a member of deviant art and I hope you know this: Emoticons found at or in use by deviantART are not freely available for use by other websites. If you would like to use these emoticons or any of the others found at deviantART, you must contact the creator of each emoticon desired to obtain permission for use. Failure to obtain permission for off-site use of these emoticons represents a cause of legal action against you for each of the artists whose copyrights have been infringed upon.
I hope you took care of this... # by on 11/30/04 at 20:49:51Besides the obvious: You should get the permissions from the respective creators/owners. This is a good set.
# by nightsjoker on 12/08/04 at 19:37:37this is excellent.
too bad that the smileys won't work across platform. I sent one to my friend on msn pc...he didn't see the animated image # by N/A on 12/15/04 at 03:15:16Get permission, alot of these people are very close friends of mine and their lawyers do not need to be taken of the mantleplace.
Great job though. # by on 12/27/04 at 02:08:35if you're upset about this guy using you're stuff, make him delete it, and then everyone's happy and are not wasting their life in court.
# by Anonymous on 12/30/04 at 01:47:28hmm... I don't think that I receive your email or any note about requesting of using my emoticons which I created for DeviantArt. Did I miss out something here?
