Set %_cog as your status message and you will get something like:

I haven't yet figured out when this happens (I believe it's when I switch to Available status but can't confirm as of yet) but at some points I get a barrage of Adium AppleScript Events that aren't responding that make my CPU use spike to 100%. I quit them all, it goes back down. I might add that's the only AppleScript Xtra I got.

meh, after a couple crashes i had enough of it. i set last.fm scrobbling on and am using the curent track script with better luck so far.
