DescriptionThanks to Spike_may I am able to offer this tweaked version of iChat black that is without the camera icon. Please enjoy & give Spike_may a pat on the back (& maybe a rub on the tummy). You can download the standalone icon for this set at the following address. You may also check out my other Dock Icon set here Icons as follows: 1. Base Icon 2. Online 3. Idle 4. Away 5. Connecting 6. Alert I've added a new connecting animated icon & an Alert Icon. The alert is very simple & is designed to fit with the theme overall. The alert is set to flash so if the animation is to fast or slow let me know. Other than that the package is as is. If you dislike it I'm afraid you will have to learn how to create your own. Thanks to all who have contributed. NEW! Safari 3 Beta is here & I have an updated icon for all! Get it here. Ok, everyone was asking about the other icons seen in my dock & I'm finally getting over my laziness & posting the link. I found these icons on IconDrawer.com and, with their permission, used the iChat icon to create my other Adium icon found linked at the top of this page. I claim no ownership of these so if you wish to use them you should read the terms of use put forth by IconDrawer. Enjoy! If anyone is interrested they are more than welcome.

# by ddamato on 10/07/07 at 14:45:30Wait, I'm kinda confused... is this for all dock icons, or just for adium?
IMO, I like the other dock icons. Is this even for when your away, invisible, etc. on adium? # by hezekiahb on 10/07/07 at 23:58:04See the link for my other Adium Icon at the top of this page for info on the other icons seen in the Dock screenshot. The Safari Icon I created (or rather modified the original) to go along with both Adium icons.
The icon types supported by this package are mentioned at the top, sadly I don't have an icon for invisible but it will display away in it's place if you select invisible for your status. I wish I had more time to work on such things but I plan no changes or updates to these packages. # by hezekiahb on 10/20/07 at 03:23:49Well, to remove them from the dock you simply click & drag it out of dock but the application can not be running when you do this. If you mean how to remove an icon for an application once you've added one then you simply locate it in finder, highlight & hit command+i, highlight the icon in the top left of the information window that appears, and hit delete. This should remove the custom icon & take it back to the application default. If it is running you will have to quit & re-open for it to change the dock icon. Hope that answers what you were asking.
# by SyntheticFrost on 11/02/07 at 08:34:57I believe Mulletkid24 was referring to Adium's ability to remove dock icon xtra's from Adium.
To do this, click "Adium" at the top left hand corner of the screen while Adium is the front-most app, then click "Xtra's Manager". From here, highlight "dock icons", click the icon you want to delete, and then click "delete" in the uper right corner of that window. Post a New CommentYou must be logged in to post comments. |
