When you search for "hello kitty" you get an emocotion set, so why not status icons? I took a chance and decided to try something that I had never seen before... overlapping icons!! I figured you love em or you hate em. The were a work of 30 minutes, and I wasn't planning on making any major changes to them. However, it is easy for you to fix all the problems I'm aware of (these may not happen in all cases, depending on your message & contact list styles)...

Problem: When a user changes status, the "remains" of the past icon show through the back of the message tab!! Fix: There are two fixes for this. One, don't use tabbed messaging, or two, resize the window and it should correct itself.

Problem: Sometimes, when a user goes away, the bottom/top of the moon is cut off in my contact list. Fix: Click on the name and names around the name with the problem. You should notice the icons layering themselves. Position them (it should only take a couple of clicks) until they are alligned how you want.




NOTE: I didn't draw these images! I found them on this cute website that I forget the name of. (and then I edited them to become more status-y)

Changes

Now included is the "wide" list layout (shown below with the cherries). Using these icons with this layout makes them not overlap!
