Good Start, I'd make his eyes closed when you're offline and you need a version with his mouth open when there is a new message. :)

I can't get this one to work. I click a blank space on the menu bar where it should be and it worked, but I couldn't see the Homestars. Does anybody have a suggestion or tip for me?
